Land scarcity, technical criteria, lead times… The survey, jointly conducted by Banque des Territoires, Intercommunalités de France and Cerema, identified the barriers to land availability for industrial and logistics development and put forward 21 proposals to reconcile the Zero Net Land Take policy with reindustrialisation.
